As a somewhat nervous person, I always hesitate to amplify specific policy options. But I'm in favor of abolishing police and prisons and just seeing how that goes, making whatever corrections seem necessary after massive social spending has accomplished as much as it can.

Let's stop conversing, feed and house the poor for a decade or two without police and prisons, and just see where we are, is what I'm suggesting here.
