I'd probably say trans men are men! Trans women are women! Trans NBs are neither! But that's just me wanting to be cheeky

It is snappy but not great. Many nonbinary people do have connections to one or both of those genders, in addition to being nonbinary. "Neither" posits nonbinary as a third gender category (creating a neat and tidy trinary not binary), but it overlaps in a both/neither/other way.

IIRC, there are also "nonbinary men" and "nonbinary women". It's a pretty broad category and it's not easy to define it by what it isn't.
