Thank you for sharing that. It's useful to hear how other people perceive things tbqh.
I don’t think she’s the worst of the GCs- not by a long shot. She was very very angry at/scared of trans people and it was a time when I felt the same, but not as strongly. She held up a mirror to me at just the right time (and also blocked me on FB, lol).

But she was an actual feminist and an actual lesbian (which was more the norm back a few yrs ago). A lot of the people in those GC circles now seem like something else.

sometimes what you fear in people, is what you could have become, no? I feel like she maybe had some issues with gender dysphoria when younger and sees in us what might have been and it scares her. idk. I'm not her therapist either tbf.
