What are you talking about? Of course sometimes cis women get themselves off in public restrooms. Just asked my wife, she says “yeah??? Of course? Doesn’t everyone?”

Your wife must go in hygenic/ quiet toilets then. Most women’s toilets have long queues in them and you just want to do your business and go. Not sure I would want to get myself off in a cubicle where people urinate/defecate and change sanitary pads or tampons
