Removing Trump is the single measure that could save the most lives. Dems did their part by impeaching/voting to convict- a rerun of that now would be pointless. But I don’t think that means give up- the pressure, public and private, should focus on the GOP.

A long shot? Sure. But, I don’t see a downside of Dems using whatever private channels exist to urge the GOP to act, or of mainstream pundits supporting that by calling on the GOP to save the country by getting rid of this incompetent guy who is so clearly out of his depth.
