I don't doubt that Fortnite/Ninja was an important part of the dynamic with this particular family, but it's a big stretch from that to saying watcing Ninja causes angry outbursts in traumatized 7 year olds.

This seems like a false correlation. The kid's behavior got better bc he was in a safe, caring, consistent environment where people took his behavior seriously but didn't give up on him.
