i have never once in my entire time on Twitter wanted to know that somebody liked or rt'd a tweet that i was mentioned in, and i can't imagine that there's a single human being on this platform who actively wants that

i got involved in a debate on jewish twitter about words that people aren't super okay with and like, i like being informed about a new reply to the various comments therein, but holy shit i don't care that anybody liked anybody else's tweets.
