It's OK. It's not amazing tbh. But it works well to add an vegetal/earthy tang to almost any dish. From a culinary standpoint, it's maybe almost as universally useful as salt, sugar, soy sauce, jalapeños, citrus juice, or black pepper. But you could use bell peppers too.
