That’s different from Sanders. Specifically, it’s weaker support. And, it’s weaker support than I’d prefer. But it is not secret opposition, or false support. Hillary opposed single payor bc it would raise taxes. Warren knows it would be cheaper, won’t make it her focus.
If that’s not good enough for you, I understand and respect your anger. But let’s not use hyperbolic, Trumpian language when we mean “this is not strong enough support.”
