You are drawing an analogy that doesn't work, because the point of the original "not all men" is that men hold structural, institutional power over women. Trans women, as a class, do not hold this power over trans men, and implying that we do is fucked up and offensive.
No, the point is that saying something is generally true doesn't mean there are no exceptions, and pointing to the exceptions is a derailing tactic that distracts from the original, true thing. A derailing tactic you're currently using against me, and against trans men by proxy.
