You're honestly not making any sense. Would "If you can "become old" then surely you can "become young" make sense? You're taking wild leaps that aren't building on anything, and I can't follow you at all, sorry.

It really very simple. You said a person can "become trans". The literal meaning of that phrase is that a person is at one point not trans, and then is. Are you saying it's a one way trip? You can "become trans", but you cannot "become not trans"?

I'm saying you're not making sense. You're apparently trying to read something into a phrase that just isn't there. Some things change and can change back, other things change and can never change back, and there's nothing in the phrase "become x" that indicates which one x is.

So, let me ask the questions in a straight forward way. 1) Can a person who is not trans become trans ? 2) Can a person who is trans become not trans ?

There are detransitioners who claim this is their experience & I see no reason to disbelieve them. It’s incredibly rare, of course, but I don’t accuse them of lying, just incorrectly generalizing their experience and drawing unfounded conclusions based on it.

Now, my turn: Do you think children should be forced against their will to maintain gender norms? For instance, forced to have hair long or short, forced to wear clothing they hate and avoid clothing they like?

No, I do not. But I also don’t believe changing your hairstyle, your wardrobe or the toys you play with changes anything other than your hair, clothes and toys.

Me neither. So, if for whatever reason, a child is being mistaken for the wrong sex, I assume you think that should be forcibly corrected? Like, if you saw a child whose friends were all boys, you’d step in and say: “No! She is a girl! She is different!”
