I’m in the poorest county in the state, our entire county is without power, closest areas with power are roughly an hour’s drive. Relocate to FUCKING WHERE?

Right?! If they knew they were going to do this, they should have evacuated people from their houses and put them in temporary shelters where there is going to be power. And what if someone didn't get the memo before the cut off?
