Coercing someone into sex you know they don't want to have using their home/security of their children whatever is rape. Blackmail is a criminal offence. This is not rocket science.

so you think someone who had sex with their partner, even though they didn't want to, because of the power dynamics, should be charged with extortion (blackmail)?

You think people pressuring people into sex they don't want with verbal threats is fine and dandy. Hardly presumptuous.

He didn't come remotely close to saying that. Just because it's not and shouldn't be called "rape" doesn't mean it's perfectly legal, moral and permitted, you know. I'm sure that's very hard for a feminist to believe.
