Warren's failure to adequately acknowledge harm and apologize for promoting her DNA test remains the biggest moral problem with her campaign. It's also something that other candidates have notably not pushed her on.

I presume the lack of pressure and engagement is because native people aren't seen as a big enough constituency, and/or worries that pushing it will cause racist/white backlash.

Also the “Pocahontas” nickname from the president is extremely racist and offensive too, which may have had a nullifying effect on the left.
