I've never accepted the death of Tuvix in Star Trek Voyager. I somehow missed the episode on my first watch through, and when I saw it on rewatch it completely changed how I saw Janeway as a captain. Justice for Tuvix!

My third watch-through of Voyager was my wife. When we got to the Tuvix episode she thought it obvious that Janeway would "save" Neelix and Tuvok (ie, bring them back from the dead through ritual sacrifice of a living person). Reader, I question her moral judgment to this day.
