Mainstream journalists are overly suspicious of trans people while being wildly credulous towards people from 4thwavenow and other sources of anti-trans propaganda.

Everything people think is true about trans folks is more true about those with anti-trans agendas. There's not many of them, they're nuts, they ignore all evidence to push an emotionally driven agenda, and they'll stop at nothing to smear and ruin those who oppose them.
