I agree that doctors everywhere need to have better education on trans health. It's starting to happen slowly. I used to do trans health education work with med students/nurses/etc and they're definitely getting more info these days. but there's still a lot of improvement needed.
More education about differences between trans men's health needs and those of cis women, yeah, that's all. I don't see the problem with treating literally everyone as someone who might potentially have sex with cis men/penis havers, so not sure what your point is.

What I want from the trans community is not to be satisfied with easy superficial gestures towards inclusivity. Some folks may be comfortable being treated as basically a cis woman with a different pronoun, but I think doctors could do way better in terms of depth of knowledge.
