There's absolutely reasons for pap smears. They're for detecting cancer, which has nothing to do with having sex with men.
I don’t disagree but I’m a bit on edge at what feels like an implication that straight trans men’s needs should be less visible or less respected or less important for education bc we’re a smaller number. Maybe that’s not what you meant.

That's not what I'm saying at all. Most doctors seem barely aware that gay/bi trans men exist, despite them actually being at least half the population. And those men have virtually the same needs as straight trans men, medically.

I don't really understand the problem with treating all trans men as someone who potentially might be having sex with cis men. It would likely improve health outcomes across the board.
