"Trans men and NBs" is too broad for these conversations. Someone who presents nearly full time as a woman but would prefer if their pronouns were respected at the gynocologist has very different concerns than a man with vaginal atrophy deciding whether to ask for a pap smear.
So, my dear friend, what I said was correct. Nothing applies to me but Pap smears and it would be helpful to have a doctor who could talk about my specific cancer risks, which are reduced if not zero from not having sex with men.

You can get HPV from oral sex. I work in STI prevention and we've actually had a hard time conveying this to the lesbian community.

I agree that doctors everywhere need to have better education on trans health. It's starting to happen slowly. I used to do trans health education work with med students/nurses/etc and they're definitely getting more info these days. but there's still a lot of improvement needed.

But your initial remark that trans men and AFAB NB folks don't have similar needs to cis women is pretty off the mark. Many of them do.
