As a trans guy who has never been or wanted to be pregnant, I'm glad those who want to be included in talk about abortion and reproductive issues are speaking up, but it also gives me the willies every time.
Virtually the same? If you've been on hormones for 5+ years you don't have periods. Don't need to be asked about irregular periods, cramps, etc.

I'm a straight trans man married to a cis woman, so there's no need for me to be asked about birth control or pregnancy. That knocks out everything save pap smears, and I'm not sure there's reason for those if I'm not having sex with men. (Would be nice if my doctor knew, though)

There's absolutely reasons for pap smears. They're for detecting cancer, which has nothing to do with having sex with men.

Actually, I do. I still occasionally have periods, etc. I still have sex with men, so birth control/etc is also something I need to be asked about, etc.
