I think a lot of trans guys would quietly prefer not to be included in these conversations or reminded about anatomy we never chose to have.

"Trans men and NBs" is too broad for these conversations. Someone who presents nearly full time as a woman but would prefer if their pronouns were respected at the gynocologist has very different concerns than a man with vaginal atrophy deciding whether to ask for a pap smear.

I'm delighted to have NBs in my trans community, less delighted when people talk as though trans men and NBs have the same or similar concerns when it comes to reproductive health.
