Again, you've already said that the unfairness question isn't at the root of your objection so I don't see why we're talking about it. If you want to talk about your real objection to trans women competing with women you'll have to tell me what it is.

Why shouldn't dudes and chicks compete? My reason is: they have different ability levels (statistically). If you change that, I have no problem with them competing. Or if, say, a particular girl is as good as men in a particular sport, she should be allowed to compete with them.

How many women can dunk a basketball? Maybe a few at most. How many nba players can dunk? Nearly everyone or everyone. How many women can throw a 95 mph fastball? I haven't heard of any? How many mlb guys can do this?

Maybe you don't understand why you object to trans women competing as women? Because you keep bringing up unfairness, but we've already disposed of that. We have a values dispute that wouldn't be settled even if I proved to you that the competition is fair.

I told you- the question of unfairness is pointless to discuss further. We have a values conflict that supersedes it.

Right- and I asked, why can't dudes and women compete? What I say is consistent. Men and women should compete, except for a statistical advantage men have. If you take away that advantage, there's no reason "X is man" would mean "X shouldn't compete with women."

Why would a dude compete if he had to take hormones to compete? Thus lowering chances of winning. Why compete at all? Or still, just compete as your sex.

These Qs are on the right track- and I'm sure you and I would have different answers. But, it's crucial to understand that most people would answer with "Who cares? Live and let live. If there's no competitive advantage let them do what they want."
