Help. I think my foster child is curious about becoming a cop. What can I do to steer him away from this dangerous and immoral lifestyle choice?
This is a good thought. I’m trying to be more specific about my worries and why I think it’s not a good path and not squelch an interest but help him find something that will fit his personality.

I’m being vague so as not to share personal details, but this is not at all about hating all cops, it’s a specific concern about him not being a great fit for certain kinds of police work.
