A #transsexual is different than a #transgender person. I am transsexual. I had a #sexchange. I live in the binary and use testosterone and surgery to masculinize my body. I am male not #trans. Thats the difference

Transgender is an umbrella term than includes binary medically transitioning people. Why do you want some special snowflake carve out for yourself? I’m medically transitioning, binary, transsexual if you want to use that word, and of course also trans/transgender.
