I'm confused by your argument. I lay out how trans people have been denied access to care and explain how informed consent is a (partial) solution to that history. Your argument is what, that I'm lying about my *real* stance?
The quoted passage has a few different ways it can come across. The dominant one- the one most come away with is something like “Trans activists say informed consent is good for these reasons, but there are reasons to be skeptical of those advocates and their reasoning.”

And then all the next part, about gnc kids, is a supporting argument for why skepticism about trans activists arguments is logical. I’m not saying this was your intention! Just that most people- pro, anti, or neutral towards trans rights- will come out of that section with that.
