You are completely misunderstanding the purpose of evidence based medical care if you equate treatments intended to help anorexics with conversion therapy style treatments intended to harm trans people.

The reason anorexia is treated by encouraging anorexics to eat is because it supports their improved health. The reason gender dysphoria is treated with transition is because it supports our improved health.
