I'm curious how other trans men who have been victims of rape or sexual assault are processing the Kavanaugh story. There are a lot of us. Being perceived as women for part of one's life makes anyone vulnerable, and the struggles of gender dysphoria only exacerbate that.
For me, personally, I've been a lot more affected in the past, by stories about domestic violence and police abuse. The Kavanaugh thing is politically monstrous, but not as personal. I wonder if this is just me, or something about the nature of the allegations.

The Kavanaugh allegations feel more specifically gendered than most other stories have. More about sexism, about accessing social capital with men through abuse of women.
