When my wife’s girlfriend, who is an AMAB NB trans woman, came to live with us, her body did trigger my dysphoria intensely. I do think there are respectful ways to talk about the way someone’s AGAB can trigger your dysphoria.
It would have been shitty to complain about her body as a trigger, but we did talked about how I felt when she left the toilet seat up or went shirtless and she accommodated me on those when she understood how they made me focus on things I couldn’t do.

(I’m not disagreeing about your points, just saying there can be ways to acknowledge something like this in real life circumstances that isn’t shitty.)
