It's not policy (yet)—it's one powerful, very entitled, white man who thinks his racist and misogynist opinions become Magic Instant Policy because they're *his* racist, sexist thoughts and obviously every one else will just obey his whims because the boss spoke to a magazine.

He’s 1 bigoted guy who thrives in & cultivates a toxic system. I won’t defend a toxic, racist, anti-Serena system. But going along with him in accepting his bigoted musings as rules doesn’t help suck out the poison. It reifies the power people like him have in bad environments.
