they can make content and gain an audience. They CHOOSE to be on YouTube as opposed to many other platforms. If they gain a large audience on YouTube, sure, there’s a chance that they could be known elsewhere, but there are also many channels who have (cont.)

a large following on YouTube which doesn’t expand elsewhere. This could be really rough for those people who have worked hard to have a community, and have bad effects put on them after their hard work because of the reckless and spontaneous nature of (cont.)

your platform updates. If you want people to be on YouTube for YouTube, why make a requirement which requires people to be know off of YouTube. Frankly, it doesn’t make much sense. And also, and maybe this is just from what I have seen, I really don’t (cont.)
