If you haven't already, I'd recommend using Flux and glasses with anti blue light shades, also some medical stuff to hydrate your eyes.
Cool thanks, i try the glasses but the goats are perfect like for 15 mins but the afterball hits me harder and pain is worse

I think the glasses are the most important, I actually can't get in front of a computer without them anymore otherwise it will always hurt

I used to have a very bad case of eyes hurting/moving by themselves all the time and that pretty much saved it by itself
