Defence lawyers are mere messengers. They promote the interest of the person they represent. Unfortunately they would ask uncomfortable questions that would "morally" be unacceptable. Care must be given though to not attack the person of the victim.

Its unfortunate (& fortunate, as the case may be) that the accused is innocent until proven guilty. Interrogation is the way to test a testimony to avoid locking an innocent accused. Unfortunate for true victims to under go such, but necessary to get justice! #OmotosoTrail
