14/ There are some things that translate well to web3 and some things that are unnecessary (what does appraisal mean outside of physical meatspace?). As anyone who has had to deal with an insurance claim can attest, the entire process could use some simplification.

4/ Take a simple escrow contract: I can trust that I will be paid X if Y happens under Z conditions. The edge cases are written in code and execute automatically without human intervention. No need to haggle with Bob through a 3rd party mediator.
