Instead of dishing out snark, why don’t you explain why you think both cannot happen? He violated the terms of his parole for PREVIOUS conviction. The NEW charges would be for the accident causing the 2 deaths in SF. These are DIFFERENT cases, so comparing stds not relevant.

The issue is the DA has NOT picked up the cases over the past year. The same guy committed multiple crimes & every time
@chesaboudin just says he referred him for parole revocation. The perpetrator should have been charged AND put back in prison. SF DA does not want to charge0 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

Fine but that should not preclude charging for additional new crimes, which the DA did NOT do. AND it appears that parole revocation has NOT worked all year as Boudin claims he referred for parole revocation several times, yet parole was not revoked. System not working.

Boudin did not charge numerous major crimes for the SAME criminal committed throughout 2020. Stop being an apologist for Boudin’s shitty record.

Sorry dude. You have zero idea what you are talking about. Your initial argument about the two standards was completely disingenuous as they were 2 separate crimes. I think you are the one who should go learn the law. In fact, you know so little, maybe you ARE Chesa Boudin. BYE!!
