Mike Pence is staying at Trump Doonbeg while he's in Ireland. His meetings, however, are in Dublin.
For those not fluent in Irish geography, the one is not necessarily convenient to the other.

Mike Pence will not brave the traffic to cross the entirety of Ireland for said meetings, it must be pointed out... He will take a plane -- Air Force Two -- for a 1 hour 5 minute flight, Shannon to Dublin.

I would love to see the Secret Service jousting on narrow backroads with crazy Irish drivers. I have done this. It's not for the sane.

And, much, much more expensive to travel back and forth. What, there aren’t any LUXURY hotels in Dublin?I blame Trump’s sycophantic, yugely cowardly, corrupt administration for allowing this abhorrent practice to have happened. America is NOT supposed to be run by a dictatorship!
