Test kits do save lives bc if we identify someone with the virus, then we can quarantine them. Surely you’re not saying we don’t need more test kits?

Impose quarantine, where necessary. Old school but effective, give younger kids a long spring break, and "socially pass" everyone. If their relatives die, the emotional strain would most likely impair their grades anyway!
