Not giving them tax breaks for the sake of trickle down economics...That's the wealth cap we need
That would be a modest proposal. It should be the starting goal, as it is much more manageable to achieve. Still, there is no good for society related to unlimited personal wealth, especially while it remains the root cause of others' inability to have their basic needs met.

Thats why tax need to go to places that help people. Start with decriminalizing drugs and investing in mental health services. Education and a supportive society to keep children out of prison. I think that a wealth cap won't be good because it takes away a sense of freedom

I agree that some would become disincentivized that they couldn't make $1 billion. But wouldn't this allow for the opportunity for more to make $10 million? Enabling the American Dream for more, would be the goal - not satiating imaginations that is only a reality for the few.
