The person who copyright striked my channel has followed up via e-mail. He's extorting me for €200 to remove the strike @TeamYouTube I've used 25 seconds of music in the outro of a 5 minute video. Is this something I can dispute somehow? Please help
If either the copyright striker is a third party hired by the artist or the label to take down videos that infringe copyright law, or that he is the copyright holder of that track, then he is allowed to strike you, but he must show you a proof that he is one or the other.

The thing you can do is to tell us what is the track name, so that we can try to find out how to contact the actual copyright owner, and in the mean time you should draft a small license contract for 1 use or multiple use or use over a duration or full license.

Usually you can get a license for use in commercial activity (i.e. youtube/twitch) for 1 euro up to 20 euros depending on the track. I heard some people got good tracks, unlimited use for 2 euros.
