Hmm, that’s odd – if you haven’t already, force close your YouTube app & restart your phone. Also, make sure your app is up-to-date to make sure you have the latest bug fixes. Note: email addresses are often considered private information, we'd recommend deleting your tweet.

This may be because your network admin has blocked access to YouTube. We'd recommend reaching out to your network admin to unblock it. Also, looks like you're using a G-suite account, so possibly your administrative or IT team may have managed user accounts and security settings.

so for example if a person was using a school email account, and there school went in and changed some settings or they might have block youtube off all accounts, that could be the problem ?
