    Fontaine on McCain's foreign policy legacy: "There are two main things in his legacy. In 2006 and 2007, there was a big push to withdraw forces from Iraq. He pushed to fully fund a counterinsurgency strategy. Also, he pushed to stop CIA black site programs."
