okay i just finished and it was fine, edging up to pretty good by the end! i was expecting it to be a lot more convoluted than it actually was bc people kept talking about not following the timeline but it was p straightforward?
obviously a LOT is happening in the last half hour and i’m sure on rewatches you get a much better understanding of who/what/where/when but the important beats felt sufficiently signposted so that i could roll with the overall confusion
soundwise the ipod probably helped bc there weren’t that many lines i couldn’t make out, which i understand is a complaint a lot of ppl had. i’m glad there weren’t a ton of subtitles, they were just barely legible but if i’d had to rely on them that would’ve gotten old real quick
would’ve been fun (as a spectacle not a story) in a theater TOO BAD ABOUT THE TIMING THERE
