But wouldn’t this apply to almost every game set to a real life situation? Video games is entertainment, and is there any difference between this and the unknown amount of other games set to past wars? The biggest problem with this is the missing understanding of the situation

It actually explains it really well. Even the devs recanted the "not political" statement. The article explains "the problem" as well.
