Some folks were asking a while back what changes I've noticed since doing Ring Fit and I thought of another: I can do squats now. A decent amount actually.

Before I struggled to do one or two squats. My form was bad, I could not squat very far, I could not do many. Now I can comfortably do multiple sets of at least 12 in a Ring Fit session, and my squats are deeper and stronger.

Not sure about other tangible muscular benefits still besides generally having more stamina but the squat thing is extremely noticeable.

Please no one come tell me 12 squat sets are not a lot. I have no idea how many squats are a lot but it's 11 more squats at a time than I could do before and I feel great about it.

Thanks to a certain blockchain I ran a year or so ago I am blessed with almost exclusively pleasant mentions, but EVERY SO OFTEN some nonsense shows up and I worry I need to head it off
