Had a thought today: I want to be better at my job.
I assume you catch some of the stuff I do, so I have to ask, what's your constructive criticism for me?
This is a serious, vulnerable question. Trolling accounts will be muted without a second thought.

You need more non-men in the rotation. That's the big one. I love the show so much and y'all do great. But the community surrounding it has subsections that regularly, loudly voice views that make the spaces around your show feel super unwelcoming toward non-men.

I 100% agree with the first part of this tweet, but I don't think I understand the second part? What do you mean by "...subsections that regularly, loudly voice views that make the spaces around your show feel super unwelcoming toward non-men." Like, what are some examples?

I don't want this tweet to come across as trying to argue (or aggressive in any way), which I'm worried it may have. I'm just genuinely curious, as most of my KF community interactions are on the Facebook group where 90% of the conversations are off-topic.

One example: The not-small subsection of the KF community that constantly begs for the return of a former personality who publicly made sexist remarks and continues to this day to do things that harm and harass women and minorities certainly makes me feel like I don't belong
