I've been working from home for the better part of a decade, which means that I've developed habits that support the fluidity of my work day. (I have four kids. I need to be flexible.) Here's some of my recommendations to add to the advice already circulating:

i'm also the kind of person who can go "oh huh i haven't gone out in 6 weeks" and shrug and be absolutely fine with that so i'm pretty sure i'm representative of absolutely nothing at all :D

I have too many humans in my house not to leave it at least once a day. The chaos overwhelms me. I MUST BE DRESSED FOR ESCAPE
