this is disgusting, and shittily reminiscent of ArenaNet not backing up its employee who dealt with the same kind of thing on a day to day basishttps://twitter.com/GIBiz/status/1143638832367198208 …

Am I missing something here? I want to get the full picture. But the company cut ties with someone that reflected badly on their brand. Am I incorrect to say that this business has every right to do that?

You are correct that they have every right to do this, of course. Just because a company CAN do something does not automatically make a Good Thing To Do.

number and to her maybe they are just a bank account. I'm already making too many assumptions on the situation. I get your point though. I do wonder why she had to make her response to that shitty person in the public eye. I don't see any positives in doing that.

When you're bombarded day in and day out with sexist insults and sexualizing remarks on every social media platform you have, I don't imagine it is productive in any way to DM every shitty person privately and ask them to kindly stop.

The *right* thing for companies like Razer to do is to protect and take care of their partners, not throw them under the bus when harassment reaches critical mass.
