I do. It's admittedly tough. A few things I do: -I always, always get fully dressed to work like I would if I worked outside the home (sans shoes). At least jeans and T-shirt. Never PJs or sweats. When I'm done with work, I can change.https://twitter.com/JBergeron94/status/1110966074483322880 …

-Lately, I've been playing fewer and fewer PC games. Spending a workday at my PC M-F makes it harder to want to game on it after hours. In the evenings I always try to get up and do something else, even if it's just elsewhere in my apartment.

-On my PC I never have work programs open when I'm not working. No Slack, no work email, nothing. I fail at this utterly on my phone though so...whoops.

-Last one I can think of is I try to, at least once a week, go work at a cafe or library or something. I'm doing it more now that the weather is nice. I end up getting a lot done - it feels good to "go to work" effectively (also coffee/tea is a universal good :) )

One last thought: my biggest struggle is Twitter. I use it excessively for work (it's an amazing news source as well as a great way to follow industry conversations, find sources, etc) but it's still just me that's here using it! I don't know what the answer is for this.
