a quick note too on #WorldMentalHealthDay that mental health applies to everyone, not just folks struggling with Big Heavy Things. Just because you haven't broken your leg before doesn't mean you shouldn't get regular check-ups with your doctor, right?

Yup! I've got some thought processes that I think are unhealthy. Not heinous! Not awful! Just not great maybe, and would like to work on making them better, as well as do some work to get to know myself better. It's very good probably.
