    The last few days have seen a deadly escalation of fighting in Afghanistan, adding untold suffering in a country where over 5 million people are already displaced internally. I am extremely concerned by the situation, particularly the impact on mobile and displaced populations.

    1 to 30 June 2021 an est. 3,545 arrived in country. 89% frm Ethiopia, 11% frm Somalia, 100% heading to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. DTM monitors migrant arrival & Yemeni return locations on the northern & southern coastal borders.
