Buying an NFL team, suing NASA because you and your team made a mistake in their bid, and working to stop fellow travelers from making this happen, is against everything that you believed in when you were at Princeton in your SEDS chapter. Please stop it.

You promised to exert every means to do things right, to do everything possible to open the space frontier, as you and I consider ourselves "Gerry's kids". Elon has kept that promise. You have not. Please quit listening to those people who want to to act like a rich person.

Dear @JeffBezos In 2003 when you, myself, and Walt Anderson sat down for breakfast in Seattle, we conveyed to you our greatest concern, which was that rich people in the space arena would cause more harm than good. I had the same talk with Elon. You both promised to do right.

I've had several questions about why there are no photos of Inspiration4 after orbit. It's a private mission, and their choice. Families are in regular contact and all is well. There will be some events. The video will eventually show up on Netflix. But this is not NASA, folks.

Landing is nervy as hell. At least during launch there is an escape system. There are no backups to main chutes. God speed.

I don't think we'll get all the way there with solar plus storage batteries. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't be doing more of it. And electric and hybrid cars and aircraft. And more fission stuff (especially thorium reactors).

Folks must start adapting instead of rebuilding. If folks want to live in flood zones, they should be able to haul their home to high ground or far away. If you need more room, build extensions that can be folded, secured and left behind. A good project for architecture students.
